I do not forgive you

When I dealt with something traumatic or like a rush of emotions, I felt like I couldn't breathe. I didn't know what to call it. And I was like, well, it must be an anxiety attack. But I had no clear definition of what anxiety attack was

And I can remember times with my kids'mother we're now not together, but I can remember my frustrations with her not caring about my apologies and taking her time to process it, because you want things to get back to the way they were. But sometimes they can't ever be the way they were. And sometimes they were never really what you thought they were to begin with. And all you can do is give a person your word and hope that they can in turn appreciate that

And I have to also talk to my therapist a bit about and it's definitely a sudden deregulation that's triggered by things and could also be from the past. So what you shared really made me think a little bit about it. And I know I have grown up religious and now consider myself spiritual and I do have those right way that I grew up that forgiveness was so pushed and something that you just are required to do
