3: Meal Prep Sunday

I prepare that, do some spices, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, and maybe a little bit of cumin, depending. And then I use the melon baller. So they're all pretty much the same size, and it's about four meatballs per serving, so it's about 4oz of meat. And then I do green beans. Again, pretty much same spices, and that is enough for my whole week
