Do listen when you have some peaceful moments, and I'm sure it's going to leave you with some mind, pondering questions. Once a monk decides to meditate alone away from his monastery, he takes his boat out to the middle of the lake and moors it there, closes his eyes and begins to meditate. After a few hours of undisturbed silence, he suddenly feels a bump of another boat colliding with his own. It shakes up his energies and makes him uncomfortable

It's not only damaging your physical being, but it's also damaging you, destroying your psychological, mental and emotional well being. So once you realize that how much it is taking that energy away from you, you stop reacting to things around you. And most of the time we react to the situation because we are so much conditioned to those preconceived notion that this must have happened because of this this reason and we don't really give much of a thought to rational aspect of it
