Anxiety & Traveling Abroad
People were getting up like dude, I haven't had any water, it's hot in here, I can't breathe. That was tough because it was supposed to be a flight that only took an hour and a half. Yet we were sitting there told to keep our seatbelts on, not to move for 3 hours and they opened up the cabin doors eventually and all that came in was a thick humid heat that just made my anxiety worse
