Dealing w/a Narcissist

article image placeholderUploaded by @HealingTraveler
Mine dates back to 1995, and I didn't look to see when the term was birthed. But that's when my situation started happening. And it really caused a lot of self doubt, a decrease in my enthusiasm to even be in a relationship. I lacked self confidence. I started to isolate myself because it seemed like family relationships was healthier. If I did that. I'm not one for pandering and pampering coddling

That's who you are. That's part of who you are. You're a giver. You love to love, all of these things. He said, So what we're going to do? He said, if you allow me to introduce a theory to you, and of course, I was open to that. He said, I want you to be aware of when these people enter your life and what to do about it

I suggest that as well. Find out more about the disorder. It is a disorder. Narcissism is a disease. It can help you understand the narcissist's strengths and weaknesses and learn about how to handle them better, create boundaries. Huge. I've said this already. It has been the best test actually, for me on knowing whether or not I was dealing with one. As soon as you set a boundary and you have to stick to it, consistency is everything
