Then I lay down all my worries, anxiety and stresses. I let go and I stood frame my mind and my thoughts. I allowed myself to feel calm and be still. I said to myself I am worthy of love, I am worthy of a great life. I am worthy of a happy life. I am worthy to be content, I am worthy to be happy. Like the white cup of tea
