We went from the four bedrooms, two and a half baths, to a kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms with one bathroom. There is a small room in the attic that I use for my recording studio that used to be just storage that I converted. We cut our square footage by, I would say, two thirds. And you would be amazed when you have to downsize and you have to get rid of things, how much wasted space is taken up by useless things. Just things
