Building Habits - Habit 4 - Taking action

According to the time available, we fail to take action for whatever number of reasons hindering our progress and ability to achieve any of the monumental goals we set for ourselves. So how do we reduce or avoid procrastination when we have so many distractions around us? So the best way to overcome procrastination is to use the 15 minutes Tool. Take whatever it is that you've been putting off for the longest. Set a timer on your phone for 15 minutes and only commit to doing it for that long
