Is waking up early really worth it?

It can also be hard to maintain this habit if you can't get enough sleep, which can lead to lack of productivity. Scientists say that the number one cause for the lack of productivity is the lack of sleep. So ultimately, whether waking up early is worth it or not depends on your individual circumstances and lifestyle. Some people thrive on waking up early and feel more productive throughout the day, while others prefer to sleep in and get things done later in the day

Sleep hygiene is one thing that we have to keep in mind. Every person needs at least seven to 8 hours of sleep every day. If we have to maintain our inner balance well, if we want our hormonal level not to go disarray, if we want everything to go in proper order, everything to function well, we need to sleep for at least six to 7 hours. That's really very important. Secondly, being a morning person has always helped me. And I seriously had no qualms
