Hardwork Beats Talent

article image placeholderUploaded by @Hansikareddy
They know that talent can only take them so far, and that hard work is what will set them apart from their competition. The same goes for any other field, whether it's music, art, writing or business. The people who achieve greatness are the ones who are willing to put in the work day in and day out. They don't wait for inspiration to strike. They create their own opportunities through sheer determination and grit

I mean, you can't be putting in your hours without really knowing whether it is something that you're interested in, without knowing whether this hard work, it has to be something I'm not talking about talent per se, but when you're working hard, working hard without a particular goal also doesn't reach lead you anywhere. I mean, you need to know that you putting all the effort should get you somewhere with something that you're probably interested in

I think it's a misnomer to think or to convince ourselves that you can become whatever that you want. You can't, right? How many people have become whatever that they wanted? Majority haven't. And so idea is to learn introspect first, to see what are your core competencies. Work on them, build them up, and then leverage them to reach where you want to reach. That'd be my two cent, but interesting. Swell nevertheless. Love to hear your thoughts on this further
