Ways to improve concentration

Avoid processed foods, too much sugar, and very greasy or fatty foods. To boast concentration, try eating more of fatty fish, eggs, blueberries and spinach. Do concentration workouts. Some activities you can try are drawing or doodling for 15 minutes or set a timer for three to five minutes and try to blink as little as possible if you make it till the end.
