You. Hey, guys. So a health hack that's worked for me is ltheanine. I take it at night and sometimes during the day with coffee. What it does is if I take it with coffee, normally I'll get the jitters. But if I take it with ltheanine, that's 200 milligrams, it's going to, I'm going to be awake but I'm not going to have those jitters. I'm going to be focused

Hey, thanks for responding. I've never heard of this. I'm. I'm very curious. I'm going to do some research, but I do struggle with anxiety, so this might be interesting to me. Yeah, it's nice to. That it works for you. I'm glad. But thank you. Thank you for sharing it
