It's, this is such a great topic, and I agree with everything you said. I don't understand why fathers sometimes penalize the children when they don't, when they can't be in a relationship with the children's mother. And the children have to suffer the absence of the father. They have to suffer his lack of support. They have to suffer from his lack of guidance and discipline or even care and concern because dad can't be with mom

But we have to try to be a little bit more broader and are looking at a situation. Going through a divorce myself, I know it's common practice for a lot of attorneys to file an order of protection. The man could have no criminal violence, no criminal violence in his history, no battery, no nothing. And they file that. I agree with you 100%. You exhaust all options to see your children if that's what you want to do. My dad once told me, son, any excuse will do for a person who doesn't want to do what they need to do, they will find any excuse. Oh, it's raining. Oh, they live too far. I don't have the gas. I've had a woman take a restraining order out on me that I did absolutely nothing, too because she didn't want me to come around a job because she was seeing a new guy. She broke up with me, then got a restraining order so that I wouldn't be able to come around and question her about what happened. Why did we break up or why is she leaving? Because she was cheating and seeing someone else. So people do dirty things with the court
