Hey guys, welcome back to my Swell cast channel and I hope you all are doing great. So today I'm here to share something interesting with you all and I hope you all love listening my podcast. I always feel amazed like what a parent's generation was like they were bound with too many restrictions and lack of resources. But still after all these struggles, those who end up being graduated are really the heroes. I respected everybody whether they have graduated or not or educated or not

I've seen a lot of people who like, if a person has taken a gap learn like a gap year or two gap years, they used to say that, oh, you basically, you know, you are just breaking your flow. Oh, you were studying till class twelve that now you're not going to college. Wetting a gap here. This does not make any sense

I only know very few people who are doing what they learn in today's situation and more after that. Earlier there were very limited number of graduates but now the case is entirely different almost everyone could be considered das a graduate nowadays but acquiring skill that's necessary to catch up with the in the long run as what is necessary

Obviously, he's main motive is to leaving a positive impact on the employees that they should be they should have an incentive to learn the technology instead of just getting a theatrical knowledge. So it's very, very amazing that you showed up here. It really means a lot to me. Thank you so much

And yes, I would really, really appreciate the people who are actually taking a step ahead to learn such skills, to explore things they want to because of the situation, the circumstances earlier didn't

Thank you so much for coming here and joining me in this conversation. It really means a lot to me. You said it really well that these days the competition is pretty high, everyone is getting done with their graduation but the main thing is are the guys generating any skills to survive a long term or not?
