It may differ from person to person. I hope you guys understand what I'm trying to say. How can we help a person who is suffering from a mental illness? First of all, a simple communication and sharing thoughts can solve any problem in the world. The first move is to communicate with the person about their problems and feelings and try to understand as much as possible. Don't make a joke of it. Let them share as much as they want to. Share and support them

Hello. Yes, I agree. Mental wellness is a very important topic now and now a lot of it is coming into lime light when we realize that physical of have symptoms where you can see and you can cure it. But mental wellness, it takes a long way to realize under a point of time when you realize, oh, I need help and lots of people still do not see it as equal to physical pain

Yes, I totally agreed what you said. And thank you for appreciating my word. It really encourages me. One thing I want to mention is that you said that people really didn't realize, like, how painful it is being meant ill or something. Yeah. People seriously didn't realize. They didn't seem mental wellness as something which is a bimari or we can say a problem to someone. So that's what I'm pointing. But that's what I'm trying to prove

They can be discussed. They can seek help for it but not for mental illness. Why so? Because they are just ashamed of that thing and I really don't know why. What's the reason? So first thing is we just have to come out of that shell of that ashamed feeling people are getting because there's nothing to be ashamed of. It's a normal thing. People suffered from mental illness. They're already going through a lot

Amazing topic to talk about. I want to add one thing everyone includes. Children can be nervous and scared sometimes. Encouraging should be given to recognize thoughts and and feelings and talk about them. No one needs to worry alone. And it's okay to ask for help

They used to feel like if a person is shy, if a person is kind of sad, they just used to say that, just get over it. But not now. Our generation is very accepting. We do accommodate different types of emotions. We do understand each other's point of view. And I think that's a really good start. And I think we are going to be a big, very great parents because we are not going to dismiss our children's perceptions or their emotions

Hi Burnbun, I really appreciate your words. Your words are pretty inspiring for everyone. They should listen your podcast and I really appreciate that you said it's a small initiative to spread the awareness, which it is. It's really hard touching for me. People should understand how mental illness is affecting everyone's mental state. Okay? So let's just talk about it and just clear the doubt

Okay, so the mental wellness topic you are talking about is very confusing cause a lot of people understand and lot of people don't. So now people are getting open to it. Otherwise in the earlier times it was always considered as a taboo. If you're not mental wellness you will be considered mad. There is no in between

Thank you, Amica, for appreciating my words. It really means a lot to me. And as you said, we are the generation. We need to accept the things and we need to try to arrange people or could interact with them to talk about this topic because we are the next generation. We are going to accept our child as they are or whatever it is. So we need to talk about this. Thank you so much

Yes, I totally agree what you said, like there's a taboo. People used to say that if you're mentally ill or there's some problem you're facing, then you're mad. But that's what we are trying to do here. Like bringing a small initiative to remove this table, to not let them people suffer alone. It's a great topic to have a conversation and we need to stand there to help others. That's what I'm trying to say

Hi Gungun, I totally agree with your topic. Your topic is really nice. Taking care of Mental health. Not only is getting help from professionals when needed, but also connecting with others. Getting involved in physical activities helps hurting others, getting enough sleep and staying positive that there is a way out. Positive mental health allows people to realize their full potential, cope with stress in life, work productively and making meaningful contributions to the community
