Importance of mental health, priortising mental health. Practice emptying the thoughts #mental health and wellbeing

Such a thoughtful message that you sharma with us. I so verma agree with you that mental health should be at the topmost priorities. And mental health and mental wellbeing is one of the topics which is the most ignored ones in our society. So one should be keeping in mind that if you are taking good care of your happiness, of your mental wellbeing, you will be able to serve to other people in a better way. Thank you so much
