The second wave, 2021, I couldn't exercise. 2022 again went in preparation. And finally, after a huge long limbo and this activity of the state of inactivity, I finally decided that I should learn something new. That is why I picked up yoga. But, yeah, that being said, recently when I gained weight, I realized that I'm not eating enough. I am hungry, not hungry. But I've stopped feeling hunger altogether. And it has so happened that I did go weak, right? Fatigue and weakness. So I realized that it's important to feed myself and to have that wisdom when to eat, when not to eat. And also it is important to work out

So even though we get obstacles, the way we overcome it and the way we choose one or the other to make ourselves happy at the same time, to keep ourselves healthy and fit, is something really important in this busy schedule. Thank you, himanshi, for inspiring us early in the morning to actually take care of our health

But now that I'm a dietitian, there's something I really want to talk about. The Pivola people are constantly telling me, since you are into modeling and since you are a dietitian, why don't you promote healthy living? I just want to say that see, our size is not an indicator of our good health. It's a fact. And besides, I don't think so. It's my place to tell women that they need to lose weight or what to do with their bodies

I think it is all about making a habit as I mentioned in The Swell also that the way we brush our teeth or the way we take showers and bath I think that is the intention with which we need to build a healthy exercise for healthy habit for ourselves be it exercising, be it reading a book or beat anything else? So, yeah, thanks for replying. I'll see you around. Take care

I see the organic market has flooded and every freaking thing is organic these days. I don't understand how on earth are they growing this organic stuff everywhere when fertilizer consumption is so high in our country? I mean, I'm tired of these narratives myself because I keep reading about it and I and my partner, we discuss about it all the time and we get annoyed after a point of time

The goal is to be able to continue being physically mobile, physically flexible. So it's mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance. If you're able to maintain these four parameters, as we grow up in age, the mobility and the flexibility parameters start to get compromised. So most people are not able to do even the basic workout stuff. If you ask them to squat, they will not be able to do it
