Hello, dear listeners. So today I wanted to share with you a wonderful experience that I had with food once. And to give you some context, I am a foodie and I share a special relationship with food. So I am not somebody who would eat anything or at any time, but food means so much to me than just a source of nutrition, because it's my own way to express self love. It's the way I treat myself. So my exposure to different foods that would bring me to that state are far and few between. Although I do experience deep enjoyment of the things that I do enjoy. Like, I eat a salad every day, not because of any ideas other people have, but because of the rich textures and colors. And I create a spicy dressing to go with it and all of it together. It's just this delicious sensory experience. And I mean that as a figurative and literal deliciousness that I love

You. Thank you for your reply. Plum and this salad dressing thing actually intrigues me, too. I mean, it's such a white space to experiment with different kind of flavors and textures when it comes to salad dressing and salad. Also, you can make so many different kinds of salads. And of course, its health benefit is out there. Everybody talks about it. But yes, salad dressing and salad itself, it's very interesting thing to have

For me, I feel like bread, whatever the bread is across the board, it is Indian breads, like naan, or it can be aluparata or roti thanduri roti, or it can even be like foods from around the world like the baguette or the focaccia bread or like sourdough bread or the croissant for France. So I really love different types of bread. And I think I don't know why, it just gives me a lot of comfort. It gives me a lot of comfort

But the one that I had a couple of weeks ago that I'm talking about was freshly made in a cafe that has opened recently near my place and wow, it was one of the best breads I've ever had. Not that I have tried a lot of breads, I haven't I did not have that kind of an exposure. And croissant and all are definitely my favorite

So, yes, and especially when you mentioned about soup, I also am fond of different types of soups. The simplest and the easiest soup that I love is what my mother has been making. It's a tomato laoki and cabbage and carrots and all. It's a mixed wet soup, basically, which we have, but tomatoes are a must. But the seasonings are very, very minimal. It's just salt and jira powder and sometimes a little bit of ghee

So sometimes when you don't add too much of masalas and you don't do too much of tam, jam and all that preparation, the dishes come out to be quite flavorful and delicious. And this is something that even my family has realized, even my mother and father, they both speak about it also that sometimes you add minimal masalas and you don't fry and you don't do all that prep, and the dish comes out to be really delicious and comforting. And in this gravy that I fixed to go with this beef liver and onions, I stuck that spoon in that gravy after I finished stirring and putting those seasonings in there, and I put that spoon to my lips, and I'm telling you, it wasn't just a tear. I was actually sexually aroused by the taste in the gravy. So let me say this. Maybe it was my time of the month when women, it's their time of the month

So, yeah, it's very much possible. And a lot of foods are anyway considered aphrodisiac. Or it could be yes, you are right, maybe it was the time of your menstrual cycle, so it could also be a reason. But food just makes all of us experience wonderful emotions and sensations, doesn't it?
