Also I deleted Instagram today because Instagram reels and all those posts also disturbs my piece a bit. So this was my love for solitude that I shared. Also a lot of people I read this somewhere, I also heard few influencers talking about it that a lot of people like to stay up till late in the night

You have all the buzz and pallava that you had exposed yourself at some point in time has kind of forced you to come to this point of time where you have to spend time alone and in solitude. You. Hello there. Good morning sir. Yes, I have noted down your advice and I have been thinking to readjust my sleep schedule. So 10:00 a.m 10:00 P.m is wonderful. Like that's the that's the ideal time when I can go to bed. But due to certain extreme NCS I cannot. But eleven is my time. I hit the bed by 1030 and I'll fall asleep by eleven and I sleep for eight to 9 hours

You late night at 01:00 a.m.. When you did this talk, five minute talk, did you ever realize that you would make somebody far away who you do not know from Adam would be impacted by that? Trust me. I deleted the Facebook and Instagram from both my phones, and I'm going to do it on my iPad. I have to have it on my computer because a little bit of work involves social media

The best thing is you can write, try to find out what exactly goes on in your mind when you are not able to sleep. I understand that because of certain schedules, certain responsibilities, we may not be able to wind up very early. But still, if that sleeplessness is extending beyond midnight, then that's a cause to worry

This often happens with me, but however, I am in the process of realigning my schedule. I'm also going to start to work out again and eat a little more better. I mean, I'm not eating junk, but then again, I am not taking my proteins and micronutrients and macronutrients. So, yes, I think a holistic lifestyle maintain ghana is such a deal, and all these stresses just keeps you bogged down under a lot of pressure. But thank you
