Lockdown. Once again, it happens. My mind goes blank. Silent. All the intrusive thoughts, all the feelings just gone. Sometimes for a couple, a couple of seconds, sometimes a minute, sometimes even hours and days. Nothing is wrong. And yet it is unsettling to my very core. I feel that unease suffocation. Writing in that brief, stagnant moment to escape. I engage myself. I don't care what it is. Food, videos. Writing. Sleeping
