But it was nice to hear the basic principles again, spoken aloud. Yeah, I was having trouble with the language at the beginning. I don't know just the way that she phrases certain things, but I've come around to it. I think it's the, like, age old things like cliches are true for a reason. So? Yeah. I don't know. I'm liking it so far. I'm definitely excited to see how it goes and see how it feels

You. Hi ro. Eight months later I just heard your response about the artist way eight months ago you were two weeks into the book. So I'm very curious how the rest of the I think it was twelve week program went for you. And I have done it twice. I don't remember even what I said in my original recording, but I will very likely do it a third time. So maybe the third time we can get a gang together on swell

Hey Emily, happy to hear your response even if it was two years after the fact. Still nice. Yeah I finished it. I was doing it with my friend and because of scheduling and stuff our twelve weeks actually turned into something a bit longer, maybe like 30 weeks or something. But we still pushed through, we still committed to finishing it and I can safely say that it changed so much of the way that I approach art and myself. Just really beautiful
