I was an organized crime detective working drug smuggling at the airport, a tactics instructor, patrol supervisor, and field force supervisor. But now I like being an author. Most of the things I've written are nonfiction, except my first book called The Hurt, which is a true crime drama I was involved with back in the early 80s here in South Florida at a rock and roll club. We're currently trying to get funding to turn it into a movie. Hopefully that'll work out
