Hello, everyone. This is Glenn. So we just concluded the first holiday weekend of their summer season and everyone always talks about the perfect summer. Everyone has plans for the summer. I want to know what is your definition of a great summer or a perfect summer? Is it an extended vacation somewhere? Is it picking and cookouts with loved ones and friends? Is it some other activity or adventure? Maybe it's just relaxing and not doing much of anything

So I end up eating a lot more fresh, like freshly prepared food, a lot more like salads and things like that that are much lighter. So that's also cool because I feel like my whole diet changes, like when the summer comes again because it gets so crazy hot here. But in Arizona we do have one beautiful thing, which is our monsoon season. And I love the monsoon season because it's just these random thunderstorms that break out in the afternoons or sometimes mid morning

Maybe just a long walk somewhere, or just sort of the accumulation of things, of this maybe particular big events or things which are nice if you, you know, if you're going to a nice extended vacation or trip where you plan a hike somewhere, or maybe you're a big dinner, a big party. But for me, it's like the accumulation of all those small things that makes me really think of, okay, that's a great or perfect summer
