And so that was a lump sum. Like, okay, I don't have to pay mortgage probably to this house sells. That's a really big deal for me. It's a breathing room. And it's a good amount of money to, to do something, you know, different, even if it's considered small. And you mentioned the pandemic. And during that time period, a lot of people, you know, switched careers. They got certifications and training in other fields. Some people started small businesses. So, you know, a small amount, in this case, this is even a small amount
