How The Saga Of OJ Simpson Changed America.

He was on the phone in the back of the car. This was a spectacle. Helicopters flying over the LA freeway. This was such a big news story that they broke into the NBA Finals again. New York Knicks and Houston Rockets. And of course, the aftermath of the trial really gave birth to a whole industry, really, today, when you think of celebrity news, you think of TMZ

Hi, Glenn. So this was nicely done. I think you covered all angles. And I love the overall theme of this, because part of me feels a little sad that, you know, OJ had this great football and sports legacy that pretty much was, at this point, overshadowed by the trial and everything else. I mean, even. There were jokes about him, even during Corona, during the pandemic, he

And when you look at the preponderance of evidence, I think it's very likely for people to look at it and say, okay, he did it, even though there are many people who don't think he did it. It's almost like they were giving permission to TMZ. Hey, find out other people. Peel back the curtain on other celebrities and let's see what they're, what they're really like. Hey Phil, thanks for listening and I love what you had to say and you made a really great point how this case kind of shredded the veneer of celebrity in some ways because you have such a popular and beloved figure and they kind of, I think cynicism about okay, if OJ can be capable of something horrible and have all this

So I hate that we're just what I hate, but we only focus on that one part of his career. So I'm glad that you focused on his life before the crimes and such. So nice balance there. Nice balance

Hey, thank you for listening. Enjoy hearing what you had to say. I really appreciate it. And I like what you said a lot about green money, the resources, and how this case is a perfect example. When you have the resources, when you have the money, you can put on the best defense in the world. And what does that say about the criminal justice system?
