So I think it kind of makes sense that as we've seen and observe current events in the world affairs the past few years, that people are welcoming the idea of being committed to someone. And regardless if you market as a romantic marriage or a companion marriage, we know romantic marriages can eventually transform to just companion marriages. And we know there are companion marriages where people eventually find out, hey, this person actually is the greatest love of my life
Because some people just were, like, at home having sex all day long and getting knocked up. I was working in mcvs at the time and the number of couples that came in asking for birth control, sex control stuff, condoms, premarital sex stuff, lubricants and plan b. And what's the other thing I'm thinking about? Birth, pregnancy test? Yes, lots of pregnancy tests. So I'm not surprised that people are getting married for companionship other than romantic love

And not just a friend of mine, but we were all in a group for singles during pandemic, literally in 2020. And so since then, people have gotten together. There have been, I want to say, seven, maybe eight marriages from a group. And so that's a really high number. People have gotten together. They live together, they've been together, and they got married. People are not playing around. So I'm here for it

I witnessing people sort of stocking up on supplies for certain activities during the pandemic period where a lot of people's perception has changed about the things that they wanted, how they perceived the future. For a long time, Maris simply was about convenience or for families, aligning for a certain political reason. So perhaps we have a little bit of both. We have the romance and the practicality of it coming together. But thank you for listening, for sharing your thoughts
