Shall We Dance?

So, shall we dance? So there was a study released a couple weeks ago by the University of Sydney in Australia about dancing and about the positive, powerful impact of dancing on your physical and mental health. According to this study, dancing produces far more benefits for your physical health than any other form of exercise. That includes yoga and jogging and bike riding also produces amazing outcomes when it comes to lowering your blood pressure and mental health

Thoughts on a recently released study on benefits of dancing.

Hey, Glenn. Good morning. I agree with you. Dancing, it heals so much. And dancing is fun. And it sounded like that you had went to a zumba class. I enjoy Zumba a lot and I actually used to be a Zumba instructor and I still attend Zumba classes. But instead of instructing, I learned that I do not have time for that. And so now I'll just go and I'm a student and I enjoy it

Hey, thank you for listening, for sharing your thoughts. And I didn't take a zumba class. I took a traditional salsa class, but I guess there's some overlap. I just did a quick Google search. I guess zumba is latin dance inspired, which I didn't know until right now, but it was a traditional salsa class and I enjoyed it. I kind of wish I would have stayed with it and did a couple more

And absolutely the number one thing I will do before Netflix and chill anything, before anybody wants to watch movies and stuff, I will rather play music and dance all night in my room. I love dancing. For me, I love to keep my body moving. I love to keep my body, the blood flowing. It's the number one way, the best way. I feel good. I love to celebrate and start dancing
