On September 11th

So I was kind of like, I need to find out what's going on. So at this time, it's 2001. Some of you may not be old enough to remember prepaid cell phones, right, where you have to pay for minutes. So I didn't want to use my prepaid cell phone minutes. I was like, I'm going to go to a phone booth, take a quick break, call my dad. It's early in the morning

Sharing my recollection of how I first heard the tragic news of the events of September 11th

Thanks for sharing your story. Yeah, that's probably pretty crazy, especially you living in New York city during all of that. Wow, I can't imagine. I live here in the midwest, and I know it was our hearts, just like the rest of the country was going out to New York and Washington, DC. And rural Pennsylvania, where the fourth plane crashed. But, yeah, it was pretty unbelievable. And you're right, a surreal day
