Something I try to do is stop at that park and have moments there. When it's sunny. I do sit on the grass, but today I was sitting on a bench. I think it's really important to have those moments in life right, where you just take some time out, even if it's just 10 minutes to breathe and enjoy what's going on around you and nature.
