Well, I practice that theory of when a thought comes up that's negative and dysfunctional, basically just letting it go, releasing it back again, saying to yourself, you can't control that, so stop thinking about it. The anxiety hasn't gone away, but my ability to process it is still there. And I will probably leave the house tomorrow. I hope so. Fingers crossed. The skip Finn still hasn't come

Oh, my God. I just opened Instagram and this post from Dr. Daniel Arman comes on. It says people with low levels of anxiety die early from accidents and prevent antibiotic illnesses. And then he goes on to explain how a lot of people in jail have very low level anxiety. They didn't worry about anything, so they got in trouble. They have slower heart rates and they sweat less. They're less nervous. So there you go. That's a positive note on anxiety for today
Oh, my God, I hate these algorithms. I've turned off the mic and the camera permissions for Instagram because of this. Anyway, I feel for you because I've experienced resist myself from time to time. And sometimes it's most definitely chemical, and sometimes I don't know what's going on, but there's seemingly no sure fire way to, quote, unquote, fix it. I just my heart goes out to you

Thanks, ladies. Hey, guess what? You know the tip bin that I put outside and I was so worried that other people are going to put their rubbish in it and it would be too full for the bed that has to go into it on Sunday because it was Friday that it arrived. It's a great big sort of bin that the council provides for you
