Hello and welcome to another episode. You are tuning in to my Poetry Corner and it is my favorite corner in the world. Now it is yours too. Tell me, have you ever done something knowing full well that it is harmful for you? You know that if you did it, it would burn earn you, it would strip you naked and hang you out to dry. Perhaps you found it too good to be true

You know it's harmful... But you do it anyway. Oh we poets are an incorrigible lot πŸ˜‚

But can I just say, I love your handwriting. You even have, like, the handwriting of a poet. If I had to pick a handwriting that looked like a poet script, that's it. And I love it. It's like you can feel the emotion coming through your handwriting. Like, love everything about this. And I'm glad that you're able to still maintain a friendship, even if those passionate embers are not there anymore

Oh, this is so good. So, so good. Better than good. This is awesome. Oh, us poets, we strip naked every time we we get a pin, don't we? We write everything out. Oh, this is delicious, Geo. This is good. I hope you allowed me to call you Geo, because this is so good. This is awesome. Thank you for sharing it. It's beautiful. It's really beautiful. It's

Because the damage that the pen can do is so much more than what a knife can do. At least if I wanted, I could defend myself with a knife attack. But with a pen attack, I'm not so sure

But otherwise, I'm not really one for maintaining this friendship things with people that I've broken up with, because for me, friendship is just as important and pure and intense as a romantic relationship. And the one thing that I highly dislike is when people start substituting, it one for the other

I just feel like I give too much to my friendships to keep things, quote, unquote, casual. I just don't label people with the word friend easily. It's, like, a thing for me. It's a real thing for me. So I get where you're coming from, like, 1000% on that. And I do

Hello and thank you for posting your poetry on Swell. I really loved your poetry. It has the perfect amount of symbolism, of metaphors, of anything like I am a literature student, but I'm just beginning. And this is something this is a level that I hope to achieve because the way you presented all your thoughts and the way you articulated all of your feelings so effortlessly and that voice in which you orated it is really commendable

Ah, hello there. At the rate starter seven. Thank you for taking the time out to listen to my poetry, and all the more so for appreciating it. And secondly, it's good to know that you're a literature student. I wish you good luck in your endeavors. And when you say that, that this is a kind of poetic flair that you want to achieve in the future, well, my question to you is, why stop at this? Why not go even further?

My experience on something painful which actually burned me #swellcast #collegevoiceindia

He changes himself if he wants to be with you. I did that. I believe. I am proud. Actually. I did that because that made me realize a lot of things which I had not realized. But now, today, I don't love someone to change themselves. Indeed, I love them the way they are. Thank you

Yes. First things first. Hi. This was such a beautiful poem. It had so many raw emotions coming out of it. I mean, I have written many poems in my life and it has been out of experiences, but I have never read a poem with so much depth and so much emotions just flooding out of it. I mean, you've definitely felt this to your heart. I can imagine your pain. I can imagine your regret
