Channel. That momentary gap in time is when you step in and like a traffic police, redirects the flow of vehicles. You will be able to redirect the emotional flow of energy to a containment chamber. This is where you can exercise any of the above mentioned techniques like breathing, affirmations or reframing and finally, talking about developing healthy emotional coping strategies. How can we navigate the challenges of life and build resilience in face of emotional turmoil? Firstly, self awareness is key

And what I was doing was during my meditation, I was exploring stoicism, the principle of stoicism and this idea of being in control of your emotions, I was just exploring that as a means of self regulation. And I had actually ordered the meditations of Marcus Aurelius. So I was going through that because he was a man, he was an emperor who was very someone who practiced the self control and self regulation. So I was trying to get a few ideas from him as well

Second thing is deep breathing exercise. And five five rule. Second point was yes, negative emotion can be transmute into positive emotion. Yes, this shift can be done. And last but not the least, I am summing up my statement with one quotation that always learn to use your emotions to think, not think with your emotions. So once again, thank you so much for this wonderful swell. And yes, have a great day ahead. Have a wonderful weekend. Thank you

Hi, Nathim. That was a brilliant sharma and I'm sure a lot, many people will definitely benefit from the tips that you have offered to them. Candy, I just want to conclude by saying that the more you invest in your emotions, wisely and in an effective manner, the better it turns. It's going to pay you in the form of peace of mind at the end of the day. Thank you and all the best

And it does make us feel extremely helpless. But the very act of regulating emotions, that's something we haven't been taught since childhood. Sadly, I think today things are changing. Today parents are also focusing on teaching their child about at least being trying to play an active role in helping their child figure out their emotions and help them regulate their emotions. And I think that's very necessary

It is a very divine state of consciousness. But truth be told, it's also a very fleeting state of consciousness. Nobody can live in that state for an extended period of time unless they are very adept at maintaining this level of consciousness. That's what yogis and people who practice meditation for extended periods of time are able to achieve. That the average human being experience is that in inflating glimpses. But thanks for putting this point out. It is a very powerful reality. And appreciate this

That's all we can do. That's all we can do to just regulate and control our emotion as much as we can. Because if we do have this tendency of negativity vice, then we do have tendency to control also. We have tendency to train our mind accordingly. We have tendency to take charge of our emotions also. We have tendency to don't let our emotion control also. So, like Nathan mentioned, some of the techniques and there are a lot of others techniques are also there

Hi, George. Thank you so much for inviting and whoever initiated. Great. Thank you. I think when I read it, it is about do we use our emotions or emotions users emotions really is what it is, I think a dynamic interplay between our consciousness and the response we have towards the external engagements of things
Hello then. Thank you so much for inviting me on this particular topic. This is one of the closest and the most interesting topics for me, emotions. And this well of yours has done multiple things. Number one, it has definitely provided so many people the starting point to start talking about about something that is so simple, something that is so fundamental yet so complex if we do not understand it well, and that is emotions. So thank you for starting this

So much so that it may it make us do something which we shouldn't in the rage of anger, frustration, maybe make us do something which was wrong or any illegal. So I totally agree that we need to control our emotions. Thank you so much for this. Well and I wish you all the best. Best wishes to you. Lots of success. To

And that really becomes to be the core of whether or not we're mentally healthy, but not only just ourselves, but the mental health of those people around us too, because we know that mental health tends to be overall better in collectivist cultures. So it's kind of recognizing this we're only as healthy as the environments that we're in. Getting to that topic of how we self regulate, we either self regulate by seeking something externally outside of ourselves or we self regulate from within

I think that's particularly useful. It would be even more powerful and impactful if everyone realize this and started working for it collectively. But one at a time, I suppose. Thanks so much. I hadn't thought about it from that perspective
