I think it's important to reflect on the year that you just had professionally and where you want to go. And maybe where you want to go feels like an unachievable task. Just the rungs are not there for you. And what I want you to do is think about your development professionally and the company, profession, agency that you work for, that firm that you're currently with, and really think about the culture of the organization

But as far as being successful, insofar as getting a good job and then even getting promoted, and I dare say that a four year degree is not enough. As I've seen throughout my life, preferences are afforded to people who have master's degrees. Now, there's always exceptions to the rule where people get into their own businesses and if they have a good trade, they become financially successful as well

And I encourage anyone listening to this to read that and maybe encourage their children to read it, because it certainly does speak to the idea that can have success. And it's not necessarily with a college degree. And I think that resonates very much post pandemic in a world where we've had to redefine how we work and the way we work and where we work. Thank you
