Stood physical Benefits of Swimming The physical benefits of swimming are more studied and well known. While children swim in a pool, lake, pond or ocean, their brains release chemicals called endocrine. Endocrine that are designed to make us feel happy. Swimming also builds cardiovascular endurance, keeping those little hurt healthy, getting physical exercise and having fun at the same time. Two Muscles swimming also builds muscles and burns calorie. And swimming is fun for for children and it has so many benefits

Hi Watum. It was a great show and a great topic to talk about. I would like to share an instant in with you about my experience in swimming. So I've been to Water Park a couple of times and every time I saw a big ride it was used to scare me. Years held. So once I got into a ride and drowned in the pool and after that this made my fear back

Definitely 100% agreed. Gotham good scientific approach towards your swell as well. It was fun. Swimming also helps you recover from soft muscle injuries. Also it if you got back problems, swimming is an amazing way to recover because swimming takes a lot of your weight and yes, if you are a regular swimmer, you're going to get excellent muscle toning, you're going to get excellent cardio lungs, everything is going to be amazingly powerful.
