Self care and self love!

Do a self care activity because it's something you want to do and you believe in it and you believe that it will benefit your own personal needs. Then to figure out what's been holding you back, if you've been feeling particularly unmotivated to do self care lately, I recommend figuring out the cause of your lack of motivation the way you can identify a plan to address that cause. So a good way to get to the root of any problem is through journaling

Well, thank you so much for replying to Macewell and I totally agree with you. And I really think that self care and mental health is really, really important right now because people are going through so many things since COVID these two years have been so difficult for every single person. And I really think that those times and even right now, taking care of yourself and your mental health is of key importance. That's what I think. And thank you so much for applying to myself
