Your Nickname! How’d you get it?
And she would say, okay, for our solos, we're going to have Mike, we're going to have Alicia, and now we're going to have the Kraken. And she would just point to me and call me the Kraken. And I loved it. It. That was such a fun nickname. Pretty soon after a few days, the rest of the camp knew me as the Kraken, playing my musical instrument, kind of loud. Loved getting that nickname. How about you?
Gary, I dig this, man. I love a good musical story. Nickname. So I'll follow the same theme and I'll say that when I was a freshman in high school, I was playing the trumpets in 6th grade, but decided to give marching band a try. And we were at summer band camp and I had actually broke my ankle. Nothing crazy, just like a small bone in my foot. I broke my foot, actually, not my ankle
