You are right out of college and it will take some time to get tuned into the corporate culture. The good news is that you are not alone. Each person goes through the transformation. So let us look at these do's and don'ts to be kept in mind at our job. The very first one is be punctual. Reach office well in time. Hello, Ranjana. Ma'am, I just heard your swell. I think they are very useful tips. And you have pointed out some of the very, very important tips. And I would say, especially about the dress code. You know, at times, people don't really follow the dress code. They just feel that it's a party going on, that they can dress up. And why not? Why I won't dress the way

But that's the fact that their casual attitude towards work reflects in every way the way they dress up sometimes, the way they take the work, the way even I even notice the way their desk is organized. The working station is the first thing which for me defines how serious a person is towards his or her work. If it is disorganized, if it is all dirty and messy, I definitely can get to know what kind of a person I am talking to

I remember if I have to reach office I would be there so early that the people would be still cleaning the office. So yes I agree. One being punctual, being organized. That shows how serious you are about your job, how respectful you are about your job and it does take you are in life. People don't understand that but that is the reality, that's the truth
