Hi, Ranjana Kamo, first of all, congratulations on this. And I really loved the concept on which this particular book is written. And the title is really amazing. The second plate, no bite, wasted. So this shows kind of importance that we need to give to our food. And how can we actually come up with different kinds of recipes and all? I'm actually eager to learn about these and to read this
