So most of the time it distracts us. Apart from that, as you said, if we actually try to put our phone aside for some time and go for a walk or something else and all, we'll actually realize how much addicted we are to the social media and all. So these tips are really, really useful. And I say these are much needed right now for all of us because knowingly or unknowingly all of us are addicted to our mobile phone

These days, kids, they don't feel like going out or playing with their contemporaries or they don't even feel like socializing with the other people around. And same is with the adults where we simply just go on WhatsApp and message each other. We don't want to mingle much with the outside world anymore. So it's like, it's taking a toll on our psychological well being as well

And you're so right in saying that people, especially children, have stopped reading books and they've stopped interacting with others. Everybody, in fact, has stopped interacting with others. The social connections are becoming very bleak. Now go. I think gradually we would just be left with our devices. That's it. So thank you for sharing all these beautiful points with us. Have a lovely weekend. Bye

Hello Ranjana ma'am. A very good afternoon to you. Well, thank you for those tips. I think they were really very useful and helpful. What I have started doing is this, is that I have stopped bothering about the followers. The impatience or the anxiety that it causes that how many followers I have. Also, I don't make reels, you know, I do have social media page and to remain connected, but I try not to keep

Thank you so much Kadambari, for your beautiful perspectives. Yes, you're absolutely right. We should just think about our own life and focus on that rather than anyone else's. And yeah, you're right, we cannot always give up device all the time, but we can limit our usage. And if your work is based on the device itself, then obviously you cannot do away with it. But definitely the social media interactions can be limited
