Finding Instant HAPPINESS

article image placeholderUploaded by @Gamechanger
Second is renew yourself, play with children, talk to your best friend, and renew your bonds and your life. Number three is energize. You can energize yourself by doing something that you love to do, maybe pursue a passion, or maybe you could even play with a pet. Number four, admire, appreciate others. And before you appreciate others, appreciate yourself. Smile at yourself and tell yourself that things will get better. Number five is troubleshooting. Help someone selflessly

And one more thing I'd like to add is that also accepting yourself the way you are, because I think all the time there is some form of us, or some part of us that looks for validation, and especially with social media and other platforms coming in. But I think when we accept ourselves for what we are, every part of us, I think that helps us be in complete tune with ourselves as well. Thank you

Hello, orange Nam. Thank you for the invitation. And you know, one thing that I really admire about your swells is that you enumerate. You have this clear picture that you deliver to the listeners as to how to go about something. So, for instance, if you're talking here about finding instant happiness, you have enumerated. So. And these topics are very complex, right?

You. Thank you so much for appreciating and taking the time to listen to my podcast. It is so nice to hear your views. I'm glad that you agree, you know, that these things carry a lot of experience with it. You know, I always share what I practice and it comes with several years of struggle and experiences. So I just try to help share whatever has helped me so that maybe even if I can help one person out there, then that would be a big thing

And it helps, really. It also makes me feel lighter and somehow the feeling that I have created something out of my sadness or out of my not feeling good, out of a bad day, I've created something that gives me happiness, that makes me feel good. And last but not the least, dancing has always been one of the best ways for me to actually make myself feel a lot better, because I just put on some random music

I do agree with that and I really loved the kind of points that you put forward in order to find instant happiness. First of all, I do believe strongly gratitude has a lot of power. So the moment you start expressing gratitude towards people who made your lives awesome, who helped you in everything, who supported you in becoming what you want, so all these kinds of things always creates lots and lots and lots of happiness and that happiness really matters a lot
