Never Take Up These Responsibilities

article image placeholderUploaded by @Gamechanger
Number two, how others behave and react around you. Number three, living up to others expectations of you. Number four, keeping others happy all the time. And number five, sacrificing your needs in order to help others. So these are some of the responsibilities which we should not be taking up. We invariably end up taking up all these responsibilities, but these are not for us to take

Hello, ma'am. I am Kadambari Gupta. As you must have known by now, this was such an important swell, ma'am. Thank you so much. I agree with each and every point that you said about sacrificing your happiness to help others. You know, taking care of everyone's happiness. At times making everyone happy. We realize that we have become unhappy inside ourselves. And why? To do the why? To punish ourselves. So, thank you so much for this

Hi, Ranjana. First of all, wishing you a very happy Diwali. And trust me, you reminded me of my most favorite ma'am in BTEC. She was Anpam because she was the one who used to tell me these statements again and again. Because when I was in BTEC just few months before, I was the kind of person who used to help everyone who says I'm in need

Thank you. Kadambari. Thank you so much for taking the time to go through the swell and sharing your feedback. I'm glad you agree with the points that I have mentioned here. I love your swells as well. I have already listened to three of them and I found them very sensitive and very emotional and very thought provoking. I'm sure you must have read my, ah, heard my responses too and wish you a happy Diwali. Wish you success as well

When we are saying help people, I think the first thing we need to do is help ourselves, which is the most important thing, because unless we help ourselves, unless we are kind to ourselves, we can not do anything for others. So it is always good to help ourselves first, and only if we have the time and energy. Then we can help someone who is in a genuine need of help

But I really like how conversations are being brought up about these things in today's world all the time. And we see so many people actively trying to involve in self care and actively trying to create safe spaces so that everyone can take care of their mental health and it really matters. And yeah, thank you once again for this reminder

You. Thank you for taking the time to go through the podcast and sharing your beautiful feedback. I am really glad that you are putting effort into trying to say no and create your boundaries with people, which is so important in this stressful life that we are leading these days. So I think that's a step in the right direction. And yes, self care is so important, like you mentioned here
