article image placeholderUploaded by @Gamechanger
Now, let us look at the five magic tricks tricks to help ourselves in our emotional healing process. So number one, just think about what do you do with emails that are spam or those that irritate you? You send them to the recycle bin. Hurt is also a spam. Block it and send it to the recycle bin. Step back and think if this hurt will mean anything to you. After a year, or maybe after five years, your answer will be a big no

So I really loved that whatever they think, let them think and whatever they do. And I also feel until or unless you are responding and reacting to the acts that are done by the people, nothing will happen. If you're not responding, that will never have any impact on you. That means if you respond or react, then only you're allowing someone to hurt you. So that is something I truly believe in and I really feel your magical tricks will work a lot

However, we are judging that the subjects are same. That's what causing pain to us. And we are causing pain to us with in anticipation what others are feeling. So one has to never give the controls to the others. But look simple. This is the biggest and the most difficult part of life. Believe you me. What you've just spoken is the most difficult part to bail out the process of life

I prefer to delete things and then delete them immediately from the recycle bin also, so that the option of restoring them is not available. But definitely that has not happened overnight. It takes time, it takes a lot of effort. It probably takes a lot of falling down and failures to really understand in the end that it is the most important thing to delete and appreciate all the feedback that you've shared. It is absolutely right and wonderful. You have a lovely week ahead. Take care. Bye
