You Only LIVE Once

article image placeholderUploaded by @Gamechanger
Struggling with lack of confidence? So what does one do? Forget everything and tell yourself you're only going to live once. So facing all your fears becomes the top priority. And remember this nobody can do the work for you. You have to do it yourself. All the fears have to be tackled soon so that the remaining years are spent in doing something meaningful and worthwhile. Since the work has to be done by you, you can add around the friends and other people who can advise you

But they are forgetting the fact that the future is unknown today. I want to remind all that if an individual makes the present attractive then the future will be be. So leave in the moment that you cannot travel back to the time of the days or years. And thank you for the invite. Bye bye. Take care

Good afternoon. Ranjana ma'am. Thank you for the invitation, and thank you for posting this, because I think you have enumerated such important points regarding this Yolo philosophy that is often regarded as the millennial or the Gen Z philosophy. But I think this Yolo thing puts a lot of things into perspective. So when we zoom in to our life too much, we often lose the sight of the broader picture

Thank you so much for stopping by and sharing your views. I totally agree with you. We should live in the moment because we can do nothing about the past and the future is unknown. So all that we have is the present moment, and we should make the most of it. So that's a wonderful thought for this Sunday. Have a lovely day. Bye

Thank you for stopping by and sharing your views. I completely agree with what you are saying. We should not die with regrets for having missed out on things just for trivial reasons. I think that's a very valid point and we must always bear that in mind. So thank you so much for your response and have a lovely day. Bye bye. Me

And most of the time I have seen people are busy in the past, past life, past traumas, past life challenges or some success of the past. They stuck with them and not able to come out of that. And for some they are always busy in making plans, they are always busy in thinking about what is going to happen next, how they will come up in the future from one or other challenges and forget to stay in the present

Hello. Thank you so much for stopping by and sharing your views. You are absolutely right in saying that we should live in the moment because, you know, past is anyways in the past. It's just gone and disappeared. And we don't know what the future holds for us. And all that we have is the present moment. We should be able to live in the present moment. And I'm glad that yogurt have a lovely evening. Bye

Because you can only live it once. Understand the value, enjoy every moment, take the responsibility or take the ownership of every second of your life. Learn from your mistakes and then face the fears that you have. Face the challenges and keep moving, keep learning. So it is not like that you just stand there or you just wait for the days to pass. It's not that you have to enjoy. You have to learn every moment and overcome your fears

Hi, Ranjana kamo, wonderful message that you've shared. You only live once and it's quite insightful to what you said, that by the time you get a job, you're almost one fourth life is done or your remaining three fourths. It depends on how you spent it. And yet, definitely it's challenging because up and the quarter portion of our life is done

Hi, Ranjana. Wow, that's such a beautiful term. And this beautiful abbreviation of, you only live your life once. This new term that you have added to my vocabulary and that comes with such a positive and a beaming streak of optimism as it sounds. And till now, I only knew about a little bit of negative version of it. That is fear of missing out on our life. And life is

Thank you, Swati, for stopping by and sharing your views. You're absolutely right that we have to focus on the, you know, the life in our ears and not the ears in our life, and that is the most important thing that we need to do. So thank you so much. Have a lovely day. Bye

You. Great advice. You know, we often hear of it. We know of it as well. We don't internalize it. And I think this is just absolutely spot on for many of us stuck in that transitioning space. So this is just fabulous advice. Thank you. I really enjoyed listening him

You. Hi Ranjana. While listening to this swellcast, I was wondering and trying to figure out as to who it is meant for. See now I am past 60. Visually this is not something that is meant for me and it what I did wish for was that if I was younger and I had heard this, it would have been a lot more useful for me. So is this for a young audience?

This is definitely for Gen Z. And, yes, I don't know how to flag this, but, yeah, you're very right. I think that is one option so that it reaches the right audience. So definitely it is for Gen Z and not for somebody who's already been through a lot in life and has more experience. So. So, yeah. Thank you for your feedback. Have a lovely day. Bye
