Why and How Do We EVOLVE

article image placeholderUploaded by @Gamechanger
Hi, this is your friend and well wisher, Ranjana Kamo. And today I bring you this topic why and how can we evolve? Now, physically, we have been evolving, as we can see from the increasing lifespan and so many other things. But here I am talking about evolving as sin, improving or becoming better at what we do, and also becoming better as a person. Growing from feelings of, say, ego, jealousy, hatred, guilt, regrets, et cetera

Now you're talking about how do we evolve? And I absolutely agree with you when you say that it needs willingness to change acceptance. I think one of the most difficult things in life is to accept the unfavorable things. It's difficult to accept that I am egoistic. It's difficult to accept that I am jealous or all the negative traits that I have. It's difficult to accept to accept and to change them for better

Thank you, Himanshi, for taking the time to listen to my podcast and also taking the time to respond. I'm so glad that you liked the podcast and the topic. Yes, as you rightly said, that it is difficult to accept and the flaws that we have, and that once we accept, it goes a long way in helping us change and change for the better. And that means to evolve. So thank you so much for your feedback. Have a lovely evening. Bye

Hi Ranjana, thank you for sharing. This is a very important topic that you have raised through this particular swell, that evolution, a self evolution is a constant in your life. And as long as you are self aware and that being the first step, you can definitely evolve on daily basis. Yes, it's not an overnight thing, it takes time. But like you have mentioned, self awareness first know that you have this issue

So when you start looking at others, you can actually find some similar patterns in your behavior too, where you'll be able to identify your own mistakes, and then you can start correcting it. So evolving as a person is much, much more important, and it really adds a lot of value. So thank you so much for coming up with such a wonderful topic, which really helps in a personality development. Thank you. Have a great day

We have to learn to acknowledge the fact that we too can be possessing all these negative emotions, those negative traits and energies within us. And we have to do something about it. So it's all about working on yourself every single day, every night. We need to work harder on ourselves so that we come to a point where we can say that now I am improving that progress. That improvement can happen only with that acknowledgment, with that acceptance

Or I really do not know what causes us to stop ourselves from doing so much more. We stop ourselves from even looking at our own potential, which is so vast, and we can make such a big difference to ourselves, to our life, to our families. And something stops us all the time and we should not let that happen. So thank you so much for sharing your views. Have a lovely evening. Bye
