Tenacity

But the reality is that, like, that's where I was, and that's what was happening, is things were causing so much pain that it was hard to even do the things that brought me back up to a place where I could get some work done and put some work in the bucket so that I could have improvement. And so now I am sitting in this place where I'm doing my exercises every day. I'm looking forward to them

I predict, I'm sure just got something out of that that was powerful. I think it's one thing to have, like, an injury and so, like, you know, being timeout, which one? I'm very happy that, you know, they able to kind of get you going again. It's once every other week. I'm so happy for that

As someone with chronic pain and chronic illnesses, I resonated with so much of what you said, but I just had to reply because this image is so. It's so fucking awesome and powerful, and I just. I love it. Just everything about it. And I don't know that I can put words to it. The framing of it, the power of it as a whole, the power of what you're doing, your facial expression

I absolutely love the picture. Wonderful job. You know, I listen to your story. I congratulate you. Over the past four months you have done an amazing job and you know, I had to chuckle. I just love the fact that you're a professional, strong woman. I love the title. About to add that to my resume and haven't done half of what you've done. So keep up the wonderful work. I definitely have tenacity
