If one was of a healthy state of mind, they would not even partake in the drama, right? They would bow out and leave. But drama has a way of making you slowly stop walking. And you look back at it and you walk back towards it. You know those scenes in movies where the character is having an argument with someone and the person gets that last word in? That's why you're blank and that person is walking away and they're hyperventilating. What did you say?

But we often associate the sadness with one who is emotional, right. Or one who is sensitive is emotional. One who does not have their faculties together is out of control emotional. That fascinates me. And I think this is the key to why we perceive drama to be a bad thing, because it's not. If anything, it's what makes something interesting. Let's go back to the definition. An exciting, emotional or unexpected series of events or set of circumstances

And he's talking about he or she is talking about how they're in this rough place but through these steps that they can teach you, they made it out. Now, what's interesting about this drama is that it goes up in waves, right? It goes high and low. Notice the picture. Notice the two maskers. Happy and sad. That's drama. High and low. And you don't expect this to happen
