Thought Grenades | We Need Anger

article image placeholderUploaded by @FryedOreo
But anger by itself, without any catalyst of violence or vitriol, is just an emotion. It's up to you and how you decide to externalize that anger, which you can either go from healthy to toxic. But to avoid anger, to avoid it and squash it and squish it down, only makes it that much more chaotic to when it comes to the surface, it will blow the lid off of that manhole, that sensor selfedit that you call your conscience. We need anger

Without it we cannot truly be happy. #thoughtgrenades

Narrated an episode about controlling your emotions, trying scientists, finding a way to eradicate evil, basically, how to get rid of evil. And is anger associated with evil? If we get rid of anger, are we getting rid of evil? Me, personally, I don't believe we can get rid of evil by just getting rid of anger or rage, but I think we would see violence on a decline. Without anger, there would be no need for chaos

And what about if a child is I'll go back to my example of hungry and they are crying and they are upset. Maybe instead of saying, oh, you're angry because you're hungry, to maybe say you're agitated or frustrated or disappointed or impatient because you are hungry. Just to expand their emotional vocabulary bandwidth, maybe. And I'm just saying that because I find that adults tend to use that description, especially in the corporate setting a lot that person is angry

If we were to find what causes evil in humans and to get rid of it with just a click of a button, what would that person be like? That would be very interesting because I don't know exactly what would manifest, because what if that person doesn't consider their actions profoundly immoral or wicked? What if we thought was evil is not actually something that regulates our ability to commit and act, but it's something else entirely. The person still kills, right? Wouldn't that be amazing?

Christine had made him angry. So there you go. Now, you know either when you're angry or when someone else is angry. But it doesn't feel right, does it? When we typically have words that describe emotions, we have our own experience with emotions that can be different, and therefore we can view words in different ways in terms of how they personally mean for us

Fried. Oreo, my man. What's going on? Warp semi three here. Once again, I'm late to the party, but better late than never. Dude, this is legit. And allow me to allow me to elaborate. Absolutely, 100% agree with your swell. We do need anger. Anger stimulates the soul and revitalizes the spirit. It brings to the table the hunger
