You of eyes and minds. Shadows on the wall are made beautiful with your simple touch. Others don't perceive all these little things you notice so much fitful gusts of breeze moving through the air, toying with the grass. It catch your artist's eye. Most who see the same merely let it pass. Seeing how you craft such a skilled design, pleasing to the sight. If I tried the same, all that I could make would not so delight

It's okay. I listened to this about four times and I still can't think of a response other than you're a work of art. You are a work of art. Because you wrote that work of art about a work of art. It. Magnificent. Thank you

Right now I have something in the vicinity of 50 poems that I have written over the last six months that I just don't have it in me to share and it may end up staying that way. I haven't made a final decision yet, but I'm leaning towards not doing this anymore and I don't know if that means I'm going to stop writing. I don't know if I can anymore, but I don't feel like I should be sharing it. But thank you

You. Well, then I definitely need to thank you for sharing what you have. Are you going to take down what you have shared? And I find it very interesting that you've shared prolifically and I haven't, and now I am starting to all but tiff life. You're a huge inspiration for me. I really like your poetry. I mean, I don't listen as often as I probably should, to be honest. I get distracted by other things

And it's just, I'm not going to share them. Like, I don't think I can stop anymore. I can't sleep some nights without writing things to get out of my head, but that doesn't mean anyone ever has to see them. So that's just kind of where I am because it's not worth the risk of what it would cost. So that is where it is. We'll see. Maybe I'll change my mind

Hello. No, thank you. And it's your prerogative. So do what you feel best. And I know that you'll do what you feel best. No one has to tell you that or remind you of that. But here's your cosign. I guess, from someone else in this universe that whatever you need to do with your art is yours to do or not to do with it. So I thank you

But I think that if you have it in you and the ability to do so, that sharing these inner thoughts that you have actually helps other people have a deeper understanding of themselves. So I'm sure you're a very fabulously caring person. But it's the words. It's your words. It's your ability to transform your thought into those words so other people can understand them that is attracting your audience. So I certainly hope that you're able to continue sharing

Thank you very much for the kind words. I had not looked in here forever, and so I didn't know that I had anybody still listening to anything I wrote. So that was very, very nice of you to find that. So last year, I wrote 132 poems over the course of the year, not counting haiku, because they're just too simple. You can roll those out in two minutes if you feel inspired

From silence. I don't want to impose on you, and I know it's kind of a personal question, so if you don't want to answer, that's totally fine. I'm just curious, though, with your severely awesome talent of writing, what? I guess this is rhetorical. What could have happened that wounded you so badly that you feel like you can't share? Is it that you don't want to share?

I sent this poem off with a couple of others to a little online publication just to see. And I mean, I've done that for a while and I've gotten rejected from all of them but one. And then over the weekend I got an email that this poem has been selected for publication with an online magazine. And it makes me happy in one way because this is the first time that one that actually matters to me deeply, that has deeper meaning to me, is being published

That's awesome that your poem actually hit the right spot, the sweet spot of being published. I'm a writer, too, and I need to do it more than I have been. And my daughter suggested that I write for this fairy tale, which is not at all what I write. I typically write thrillers and, you know, on the edge of your seat kind of stuff. So fairy tales is like the extreme opposite
