If you have an amethyst, that's the perfect stone for this. Making a jasmine tea would be lovely. Or if you have a jasmine essential oil, you can actually place that in the middle of your forehead or where the third eye would traditionally be seen. And as far as the solar plexus, we just want this guy to chill out. So we want to keep it active, but we don't want it taking things over with this strategizing and overthinking
