It. The Seven of Pentacles is asking us to recalibrate and regenerate the Heart Chakra to a more mature frequency so that we may receive all that we have been working towards. We can do this by setting clear and unmoving boundaries and unapologetically moving away from the people who aren't contributing to our happiness. Then we're going turn all that extra energy inward, showing ourselves grace and love for the tough decisions and decisive action we just took

And then as far as frequency goes, we're going to use a little bit of a different sound frequency. 182.25 Hz. You can find these free on YouTube. This is calibrated for the heart chakra, but it's just a little bit of a lower, deeper frequency, see? And this will get us to that more mature heart frequency
